SHIPPING TERMS

Your parcel will be shipped the first business day following your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays). Whatever the shipping method you have chosen, we will provide as soon as possible by email a link that will allow you to track online the delivery of your parcel. Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. These may vary according to the country of delivery and the amount of your order.

Deliveries in France

Free delivery (from 50€) within 24 hours following order in a “Relais Pickup Chronopost”

You may not be home during the day. So we provide quick and flexible delivery in a “Relais Pickup Chronopost”. Our store partners (7000 Relais Pickup Chronopost in France - excluding Corsica - and 10 in Luxemburg) will make it possible for you to retrieve your parcel wherever and whenever it suits you. You will be notified by email of the arrival of your parcel in the “Relais Pickup” of your choosing. You then have 7 days from that date to retrieve your parcel.

Sign-upon-receipt delivery of your parcel will occur 24hrs following shipping. If nobody’s home, a notice is left in your mailbox. It will show the address of the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then have a period of 15 consecutive days to collect it. Beyond that time, the parcel will be returned to us.

Sign-upon-receipt delivery of your parcel will occur within 3 to 4 business days on average. If nobody’s home, a notice is left in your mailbox. It will show the address of the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then have a period of 15 consecutive days to collect it. Beyond that time, the parcel will be returned to us.

Deliveries in Switzerland

Sign-upon-receipt delivery of your parcel will occur within 3 to 4 business days on average. If nobody’s home, a notice is left in your mailbox. It will show the address of the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then have a period of 15 consecutive days to collect it. Beyond that time, the parcel will be returned to us. At any given time you can track your parcel by entering your parcel number. The product is sold without french VAT. You will have to pay the carrier the Swiss VAT of 7,7% of the purchase price and the importation administration fees.

Chronopost International including exportation customs clearance: 15 euros. The purchase price is given before tax.
