Have you received your bag and it doesn’t suit you? You have 15 days to make a return.
If the returned products are new and in their original packaging, we will refund you without any additional action on your part. Reimbursement occurs within 48 hours of the returned product being returned to stock. To make a return, it’s simple, click on “request a return”, identify yourself, select the order and the product to return and click on the “Generate a return” button.
We offer you the return costs if you change your mind within 15 days (except Switzerland)! You can return your items to us free of charge via a Chronopost Pickup Relay or by post using our prepaid return label system. To obtain the label, request a return.
