Naturally, to practice cycling, it is essential to be well equipped. You only need to pass a cyclist in the morning on your way to work by car to realize this. Clothing adapted to the weather and a jacket with reflective strips are part of the cyclist's equipment. But cycling is a very different practice from walking or running.
